It should display all the relevant data about the highlighted character AND allow you to freely change those values with a pre-existing list featuring all possible units from the game. Highlight a character in the game, be it with the in-game pointer or someone in your character list. The actual new character will be marked as a red enemy, so equip with something that raises its HP even by 1, and heal them at the healer, this will turn it into an ally you can now use.įor those struggling to get those values, try using this cheat table: Outside of battle, make some kinda trash character you don't want, find their data by doing the above or equipping something to them to change their stats while searching for a number and highlight the same data and paste the boss character data over it, this should place them on your team now

Find their name and copy it all the way down to where you see a couple of rows of FF FF FF (the actual data from the name to this point is quite long and I usually stop on the first full row of FF open cheat engine and search for their name or find their data using their HP number to search for the location and change the hp value, like attacking them to lower it, or select Browse Memory to search for the actual character name, it will be in Green letters, if its dark, its something else you shouldn't touch lol Get into battle with the character you want to add
There might be an easier way to do this, but if you want to add a certain character to your team. In case anyone wants to try it for themselves, here's how I did it. Keep in mind I reincarnated them to lvl 1 since I was starting the game over, so you'd need to increase their stats if you are copying them from my save and adding them to your own save or do the method below of how I added them. Click on "Nippon Ichi Software, Inc", the file inside of that, and you'll find "SaveData". Put that in your save file location that should be here- (copied from another post) in your file browser, type %appdata%, hit enter, it will take you to your Roaming Appdata folder. This is right after the first map that unlocks the recruiter, if someone wants to add them into a post game save, they can. If anyone wants to try it for themselves, let me know if it works: Not sure if someone has done this before, but I added some of the boss characters to my team, 6 total, (although there's a few more that can be added) surprisingly most of them work just fine as allies, and made a fresh save since I was planning on starting over using them as allies.
